oscl92 wrote: This might be the same issue I had before (and already reported on the forum and on a ticket). There's a problem with the server, so it's not your computer, but you can fix it like this:
- Click on the address bar while on the View Ads page. You should see "https://www.clixsense.com/en/View_Ads"
- Remove the "s" in "https://", so it would be "http://www.clixsense.com/en/View_Ads"
- Press enter
For those interested, HTTPS is supposed to prevent others from reading the data sent between you and the server.

Hello, testers! We're enabling random training later today! But don't worry — we are only enabling this feature for a very small number of testers until we know things are operating smoothly with no bugs. Once this is confirmed, we'll start enabling random training for more, and eventually all, testers.
Das was Abbel vorgeschlagen hat mit der geschlossenen Facebook Gruppe finde ich auch gut, denn
dieses rumgesuche was denn nun los war, war schrecklich.
Also Mod. mach mal eine Gruppe bei Facebook auf.
Quote:Hello Everyone, first let me apologize for the issues today. Over the last several weeks we have been the target of a hacker who I believe first created the bot csadviewer and then moved on to submitting ads that when a viewer opened an attachment that popped up they got infected and their PC was compromised. Today, this hacker changed our DNS to a wonderful gay porn site. They removed our websites and email and of course with it being Sunday its hard to get any support. My phone has been ringing off the hook and my email blowing up. Please do not call or write in. We're definitely aware of this problem.
The ClixSense servers were not hacked and all of our servers are still intact and your account information was not effected. As I said above, its a DNS hack. It may take a bit for the site to come back online due to propagation but it will be back as soon as possible. I have a close friend who works with the FBI Cyber Crimes who I will reach out to later today and let them know as we're going to open an investigation on this.
Again, I am sorry this happened and it's certainly not the way I planned to start my Sunday.

Hello dear testers, I wanted to give you an update on what's been going on with training jobs the last couple days. In case you didn't see our email yesterday, there was a bug that caused you to keep receiving training jobs even if you passed them successfully. We're so sorry about this -- it was our mistake and the bug has since been disabled. We also received a lot support tickets about training jobs rejections during that time. Some training jobs are designed to be very difficult and detail-oriented, since that's what some of our customers require. The complaints we received about "unfair rejections" the last couple days mostly revolve around those difficult jobs. Most of these rejections were 100% fair, but there is one training job in particular that involves scrolling and loading images of dogs that we now feel was too difficult. We are going to revise the job and reverse the rejections that were received for that particular job the last couple days, even though the rejections were fair. Please allow 24-48 hours for rejections for that job to be reversed. I'll be responding to the support tickets about these jobs today! We're sorry for the stress this caused. Thanks for you patience, and keep up the good work <3

Hi, everyone! Random training was enabled today. I didn't know ahead of time or I would have sent an email letting you know. I apologize for the inconvenience! This doesn't necessarily mean that bugs got released with the training, however. If you think you got unfair training rejections today, please send in a support ticket categorized as "Other" and provide the jobs IDs in your message. Please start the ticket with the sentence, "Potential unfair training rejections." If you are rude or use bad language, you will be blocked from Rainforest. We will be looking into these tickets tomorrow after the AMA. Thanks for your patience! If you already submitted a ticket, submit one again using the above language, but add "I sent in a ticket earlier." This way I can easily locate all of your tickets and solve them accordingly. Thank you!

We're getting a lot of tickets about training job rejections. It will take a while to go through them all, but we'll look at them tomorrow and post an update if we've found a bug in them. Thanks, everyone!
