introduce instant payments, they've rejected this idea in the past. This is so that they can manually audit accounts and check for fraud.
Now you also need to look at it from the staff's perspective. Due to the sheer number of cashouts they need to process in a single day, they are trying to split it out over the week. This is something they are trying out.
And Jim admitted that if this causes confusion and/or doesn't really work out, they will go back to processing cashouts twice or thrice a week.
