Stimulus checks are arriving to Americans. I have not received mine yet.

My sister, her husband, her husbands son received their stimulus checks (direct deposit) today.

Is your country giving stimulus checks?

We got it last week here in Australia

But grocery stores did take it all ........lettuce 10.00 , broccoli 11.50 and so on and on and on ,,,,,,,,,,,, we all got 750.00 each [ pensioners ] but all that is gone and prices will stay high forever

Will be happy if govt takes back that 750.00 and return prices

Only rumors are being spread here, the fact that people are running everywhere because they dont have food and money shows the poor are not getting anything except police thrashing

In my state, people who have died due to the corona virus will get 10 lakhs Indian rupees and a government job. So they are supporting those who die than support those who are living. How strange the policies of the government.

I spoke to people in my community some people say government is sending Rs 500 approximately $6.70 main criteria for receiving money is determined by religion its not necessary poor or affected people are getting it,its just going to people having an account with a government account not a public sector bank account but a jan dhan account anyone not having that kind of account wont get anything even if they are poor unemployed or effect by the virus

$6.70 ? That sure does not sound worth their time to distribute it.
