PayPal is back but in CAD ! DISGUSTING/DEPLORABLE!

I cannot believe that we waited all this time only to have PayPal return and screw us over AGAIN by paying us in CAD currency, The site clearly states we get paid in USD!!! We were never notified of a change in policy, all the work we do here is for US partners, so we expect to get paid in USD. Why would we get paid in USD on Skrill and Payoneer and not PayPal, this is clearly discriminatory in nature, there is no valid regulatory or legal reasons for Canadians to be treated this way on this site. We have already been paid in USD before through PayPal, why would it be different now !?

At first, the site used CAD, after complaints, they switched to USD, some of us cashed out multiple times without issue, and now......do you expect me to believe I waited 2 bloody months only for PayPal CAD to return in its original form ? That was the issue in the first place, we want to get paid in USD as the site states, as everyone else, you did so by switching to USD, then it was removed, why bring it back in CAD !???? Has all this been for nothing ?

This latest blow to Canadians only proves and reinforces even more all the negative complaining from day 1, I did not actually think despite that, that ySense would sink so low ! This site has clearly shown bad faith and after this low blow I do not think we can honestly take anything seriously anymore.

If this was NOT the intended result, ignore the above, I was paid 4 times in USD through PayPal here I expect this moving forward, please bring back PayPal USD here! Otherwise if this was the intended result and giving us the runaround for those months only to get back what we don't want,t hen I am truly disappointed.
It looks like someone has called upon my "humour me" dare in another topic, of releasing PayPal for Halloween, wasn't expecting the "CAD" part, so I find nothing funny about that, but if you claim that someone is taking the piss, then you know I have a good sense of humour, otherwise if this is serious I'm not in a good mood right now ! This whole thing surrounding PayPal and Canada has about done my nut in!

Why are you getting so tore up about it if they only now got it back in?

Instead of acting bent out about it, why not submit a support ticket to remind
them of the USA dollar.

You need to understand there are developers and programmers that work and
may not realized that. So if you kindly remind them, they will probably fix it.

lol - You are asking me to send a support ticket, really ? I'm done with support, last time they were direct with me that they have nothing more for me regarding this issue. Here is one thing that is sketchy, we have both amazon.com and amazon.ca, before we had only amazon.ca, they DID bring back amazon.com for ysense only, so they CAN bring back, and if it is problematic to have PayPal USD here without affecting it on SB, then they can have both CAD and USD here, as they do with amazon.com / .ca, I mean come on, they have shown no good will to work with us it is clear as crystal now.

They will probably fix it? I don't think they understood the message yet - that we wanted to get paid in USD as stated on the site's terms, like everyone else. They made us wait all this time only to bring back PayPal CAD, I am confused here, what did I miss !

Like I said in my original post, if this was NOT intentional then this topic is not applicable, if this was the intended outcome, then this topic applies, if we had better communication and more transparency I'd assume the best case scenario instead of the worse.

:/

UPDATE: Even the admin made a post that it is back LIVE, I responded to that topic - Despite the REPEATED complaints they haven't understood ANYTHING and then you wonder why things are repeated here :/

How can I do them, is allways is this: "Quick Note You have no survey invites right now. Try the Routers below or check later for new survey invitations."Every day, the same. And I cannot ask them, because there is no site for me to write my angries. I only write here in the topic of another person. Thanks Dakstar 2. I appologize for using your post. You have said a very true fact of ysense Support here is a big blunder as of my experience .They even don't know how to deal with tickets .Work here only for oppourtunities based on luck.I feel sad on your concerns and pray for everything to turn good in the near future.

Can anyone tell me that works right in California.

Hell, they can't even keep the lights on and 4 million people are out of power and the Gel Hair Govenor or
the liberal media will not even talk about not having Fire Safety Breaches and California is on Fire, south
and north California with tens of thousands of acres up in smoke.

Exactly, Trudeau would not have enough BALLS to implement a 25% tariff on all US imports to Canada, until a trade deal was reached. This whole bullcrap with PayPal is like being part of a long winded trade deal with the US to have them do what is RIGHT and LAWFUL, and after 2 bloody months, the trade deal failed, well now it's time for tarifs !!!The US is taking advantage of our CRAP low currency many times when they come here and conveniently reap the benefits of a weak dollar, the least we can do in return is reap the benefits form USD to CAD conversion, that we are DENIED presently.... SO I tell you what, when Americans come to Canada and exchange their bills to CAD $ we should pay them 1:1....... to give them the taste of their medicine  This is how we feel here as Canadian members on this site.

Quite beating beating around the gd bush, there is no ands ifs or buts, there is no legal reason why Canadians here on this site are to be paid in CAD currency this is unacceptable and won't be tolerated, no Canadians here should settle for anything less than USD. That's how things worked on CS, that's how things work on all rewards site, hell even some Canadian based sites are paying in USD because their partners and affiliates are US based companies, why on earth should it be different here!

If you want to pay me in CAD, no problem, add 28% to my balance I'm not kidding - or add whatever % is in effect based on last closing market conversion rate, don't screw me over by converting my USD to CAD without conversion
the same way Canadians make the proper exchange from USD to CAD when our friends from the US come here to reap the benefits of our weak a$$ dollar ...... we expect to be treated in kind.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled programme :P

It looks like the Canadian PayPal release has defaulted to local currency (CAD).

We're now aware (thankyou Darkstar!) and will take a look to change the settings to USD. No deliberate anti-Candianism intended!

Exactly, we are part of the Commonwealth :P My theory is that this was a Halloween (trick or treat) thing, normally most people give treats, but I can say that yesterday I got both :P But again I have a sense of DEJA VU here, because in August same thing, PaYPal CAD, then it was changed to USD, then it disappeared with the wind (my theory is that by switching to USD, it also switched it on all other sites, which was probably NOT the intended result). Now is the same thing going to happen here ?

Few more questions for you.

* Was this fix the whole time to allow PP USD currency to work on this site without interfering with other sites ?
* What is the ETA for PP USD, I still see CAD.

Some suggestions for you in case you do not want Swagbux or other sites to also have PP USD for Canadian users due to the Canadian cashback offers.

* You could implement a system like combining currencies, as we have now, we have both amazon.com and amazon.ca. So you could keep PayPal CAD, and ADD a new unique entry for this site, PayPal (which is USD). I know that this is a "dirty hack" as they say in the industry, but it would resolve the issue. But I'm sure there must be a code fix to allow using different currencies on different sites though.

Ok so in that case I have a good sense of humour, it was probably a Halloween (TRICK or treat) thing - NICE ONE, but you really had me going there, BUT I remain cautious in my expectations now, because last time the same thing happened, CAD, then it was changed to USD, then, it was removed for 2 months.........Because changing it to USD, also changed it to USD on the other sites, which was probably not the desired result, so it was removed. I hope the same cycle of September won't repeat - it's like a sense of Deja VU :P

That's not an acceptable response.

I started the RANT Crusade, then I got Chastised, some even tried to Crucify and it was unsuccessful,
then you all started feeling the pain and then you all found your courage and JUMPED ahead of the line
and forged forward with your RANTS, you can all thank me for helping you find your courage

Another ride in the hot air balloon, it's FREE for the first week of November ;)

Ok this may apply to some members, but not to me, if you have been following my posts all those years you will see that I do not need anybody's help to write posts with critical opinions, I'm capable of doing so and I've done so for years, you may have been unable to follow my posts as you were banned, but surely you read some of my posts here and you know very well I've had critical opinions without anybody's help, though I was the first one to complain about the issue with Canadians, before others joined in, so courage is not an issue as far as I'm concerned.

As far as your rant, you've been mentioning this since August, about the $10 thing, they seem to have ignored it, and they still are now. I cannot understand for the ... of me why different countries would have different denoms I mean why would the US not have a $10 denom, I don,t recall Jim having different policies / rules for each country, this is absolutely absurd and insane. Canadians have the $10 minimum in PaYPal but it is in CAD    Isn't it funny that when Canadians requested $10 minimum, they got it on the first request, BUT when we request USD, it's like negotiating the Brexit deal or the China trade deal - it's beyond comprehension !

But it's ok they offer $3 amazon.com gift codes, but for PayPal, nope, $25 for US...... To me it seems that when they implemented these policies they were wearing a blind fold and throwing darts on a dart board, wherever the dart landed on, they applied the denoms to a specific country depending on where the dart landed on :P

Now I know how Trump feels like getting this China trade deal, I didn't think Canadians would have to negotiate proper currency on this site - I think that Brexit will happen, and China deal will be signed and official before we get paid in USD around here.

Hopefully you'll get your $10 minimum PayPal before though :P
