Can any body help how to resolve this issue of first name and last name in ysense for cashout.

Ysense Profile

First Name
Satya

Paypal
First Name
Satya Prakash

Paypal one is the correct. When i am trying to edit my first name in Ysense. It says first name cannot be blanck, where as i typed Satya Prakash.

Anybody can help on this and any suggestions are welcome. I cannot cashout here.

I never configured paypal as a PP in Clixsense. Do i need to do any adding of PP any where.

try to edit name in paypal setting under typo option. for eg. in your paypal your name is satya prakash. so make it SatyaPrakash in first name in paypal profile. after that you can edit the same in ysense profile in first name

if you get the error while editing name in paypal. ask the paypal support to make the changes through chat option. they will do it within a minute.

i was also facing the same problem as you. now its resolved by above steps. hope it works for you too

Thanks for your help...but it is the problem with the Ysense not the Paypal. As even if i edit anything in ysense. It simply says first name cannot be blanck. Understand my problem.

I did not have any issues with Paypal as it is working fine with other eligible sites. why do i require to change in paypal which is the "correct one". It might affect my other transactions.

I need a way out in ysense...

Is Satya prakash your first name or is Prakash your middle name??

If Prakash was your middle name you could just leave it out and write Satya and your last name, Can you edit your name in ySense at all???

I also have a middle-name but i'm not using it for ysense or paypal, Just first and last name.

My first Name is Satya and Middle Name is Prakash.

I am not able to edit my first name as whatever i am typing. after submitting Update...It says First Name cannot be blank.

They have a problem which needs to be fixed.

Now what i did that i edited my last name from Prakash XXX to XXX. I removed my middle name. It updated, now again when i am updating last name...it says last name cannot be blank. Now i am in trouble. Both the first name and last name now says cannot be blank even after filling up the details.

It is a development issue. I dont have paypal issues in any other transactions that i do. Changing the name in paypal is big headache and it might impact my other transactions. I am already here not able to cash out and there is no response from admin on this issue. This is being faced by many users across ysense.

My correct Name is Satya Prakash XXX.

I smarter coder ask for name not first than last name. As some countries one of those has multiple names as last name.

I only know from the FAQ that :




Your paypal account must be verified.

Your email must be the same you used to sign up on both ySense and Paypal.

Your first and last name must match on your profile in Both ySense and Paypal.

My Paypal account is verified one and i have been using it from past 2 years.

email used in ysense is same as the email used in Paypal

My Paypal Name is Satya Prakash XXX

My ysense name is now Satya XXX

The thing that is most bothering is that people across the world have this issue and it is not rectified by the admin nor there is a response in the forum from the admin. That's hurts. This is where your patience tumbles.

Send in a ticket to ysence,upload your pan card picture,if the name on your pan card is same as on PayPal,and tell them it is to authenticate your name on PayPal,you have linked your PayPal with your bank account you must have given pan card details for PayPal verification,and ask them for permission to edit your name as given in your pan card to make it work with PayPal,when you start experimenting changing things it created problems,you need to give proof to sort it out.

Thanks Arvind9. I have already raised a ticket and also posted to admin but there is no response apart from an automated email. This is the first thing i did before experimenting.

I have linked bank account with Paypal where i do valid transactions from past few years, that means its a verified one. without verification & KYC, bank transaction is not possible in case of any digital wallets.

It is nothing to do with any kind of permission. I have the same name in the profile and was cashing out with my actual name to payoneer when clixsense was alive.

They have done some changes which is not correctly depolyed in the application that might be causing the issue. Any permission related issue they would probably there itself mention that in order to update your first name & last name we would require valid documents, but it says "FIRST NAME CANNOT BE BLANK" & " LAST NAME CANNOT BE BLANK"

Well if they do really ask for authentication from ysense. I am ready to share the details of my PAN CARD or PASSPORT.

But i am yet to receive an response from the support & ADMIN. It is Pathetic & discouraging

Now, me too you. how to do best ??
my PP account have first, mid, last name. but ysense profile only first and last name.
so my pp account not the same with my ysense, i can not cashout too you.

I have the same problem.From other sites transactions are simply through e-mail and I have no problem to withdraw money .

Have you contacted ADMIN about this...so when we are going to be able to cash out. There is some issue with updating the profile First Name & Last Name.

Paypal Transaction happens over the correct email ID & verification. I am being paid from other sites which does not have issues as such which we are experiencing here.

I dont know why the ADMIN is still deaf and No Updates when people across the globe are experiencing the issue as we are.

DONT post about anything else there or I will delete your post. I just want to know about this 2 name and what country you are in that needs that option.
