removal of ptc ads

#1 by Vholston » Sat Jul 01, 2017 13:12

Well, they are removing the ptc ads and clix grid. I hope that the offers and tasks will improve in order to make any money bc the ptc ads were my main source making any money. I won't miss the clix gris at all was a total waste of time !!

I would agree on Clixgrid. I have 17,571 clicks and have won $3.90; that's .0002 per click. That's about 5,000 clicks or 14 hours (if you could run one every 10 seconds as a standard member, which isn't possible) to earn $1.00 which is .07 an hour. I understand that it was random and perhaps some people did better on it than I, but with that many clicks at all different times of day and night, it probably represents the average person. I did like that it increased the Daily Checklist bonus though.

For those of us in Tier-3 countries (who don't get regular surveys and offers), it will be tough :( :( :(

The tasks are my favorite activity and I make way more money performing tasks than by clicking ads. In fact, I only really click ads and do clixgrid so I get my daily bonus. In my opinion, it really pays to find tasks that you enjoy and then perform them well.

I won't miss Clixgrid. I have done 58,815 and only made $24.95. A lot of days I just did 20 though. My one referral that is left only does ads so that referral will be gone. I don't see how ads could have been the problem with Paypal since I am on two other sites that still have Paypal accounts and have ads. Maybe since people have downlines they consider it MLM. I would think it would be okay if you just looked at ads and only got paid for what you did alone.

He posted on another forum weeks ago be massive changes on July 1st. I knew it mean elimination of ptc ads, clixgrid, and upgrades. So it was as expected. Doubt he get PayPal back and to be honest no point adding it. They just dictate what site can and can not do.

I don't know about you guys but I'm looking for another source of income quickly because these surveys, offers and vids are hit and miss and some just don't pay after correctly completion

Well... That was unexpected.

As someone who has more than one PTC site to earn money (as little as they come), the more changes I see here, the more I see its downfall.

Don't know if it was from the very moment I signed up (as I was lucky since it was hard for some people in my country), or the very moment Paypal hacked their support back in February. Some of my friends were already wary of Clixsense and preferred other sites. And now with this move from them today, my judgement is definitive: it was the final nail in the coffin (at least for me).

I've had more luck with ClixGrid. Don't know about many others, but I managed to make some from it. I knew the PTC side was at their weakest since the days without Paypal, but the tasks don't earn as much money as others; the surveys are scarce, and when they were available, they were full already.

But what makes me angry the most; I have set up my Skrill account for this site and I have more than $7 on my balance so far, but now with this announcement, it makes no sense at all. I'm close to get my first cashout for a standard account. It's their fault I'm gonna lose it all in the next two weeks if i don't get there first! What a complete WASTE OF TIME!

And those on the same predicament as I do, especially those from my hometown, may really understand how I feel about this. And seriously, who on its right mind locks the post for that announcement on the forums when in other times, news of similar importance were up for discussion and, most importantly here, even express our support? Fearing criticism much?

If you think I'm critical now, you'll be right.

I may hope for the best and manage to make my one and only cashout here. But no matter what happens from now on, because on July 14th or sooner... I'm gonna kiss Clixsense goodbye!

A good thing however: they let you terminate your account anytime.

Don't try to convince me otherwise. I've already made up my mind!
