Payza has transfer partners where you can transfer the funds to another like paypal or ?
Should be worth checking out at least . I would believe that they may charge something for this
but I saw at least four, so one should work okay.
Bear in mind that any of them will follow international exchange rates fairly closely .
One USD is not equal to one British pound .

You won't find any exchanger to exchange money from/in Paypal, because it is a prohibited activity from theirs TOS. Basically no exchanger accept to deal with Paypal. You will risk 1) your money 2) your paypal account

Sorry to hear that, Same with me, It would require a lot of happy pills before giving my passport or id away.

I see nothing at all new.

Most payment processors request some kind of proper identification such as bank account....of course
because how are they going to transfer funds to your bank account without the information.....and....
most require some kind of ID such as a credit card or drivers license. They are not asking to take your
passport or any other id. They are asking for a copy of a legitimate id to prevent scamsters.

What I find so odd is the people that want privacy and security and want their information safe and
their payments fast YET they don't want to adhere to the payment policies.

I don't know what PayPal is doing now but back when they started, I had to load in a copy of my
drivers license and more. Same when Payza was AlertPay and I was the first person to join but I
still had to submit a copy of my drivers license and more. Same goes with SolidTrustPay, I joined
them years ago and I had to load in copy of drivers license and even more and extra info it seemed
to get the SolidTrustPay id card.

So I don't know what the big hoopla is. Submitting your identification to prove you are who you
say you are so you won't be cheated out of your funds, is a very much legitimate practice....even
offline!

Of course they ask for more.

You are suppose to give them a copy of some kind of identification. A drivers license or
a credit card or some even request and/or will accept a copy of your utility statement.

And this:
Quote:We have to speak first how much will you pay for this. If you are interested or somebody else just let me now.

What's the point since he still would have to pay extra....and this isn't a exchange forum Thanks.
