First read the first line and a keep in mind ,say ,1X 10 A
Then , click the blue line "click here"
Go to 1X 10 A
Check the figure Say, its 19535.
Fill 19535 in the given box. its Ok.
Most of the entries are like given above.
In some of the entries you have to check either the "Form ends" or "Form begins"
Both r given on the front line. if month not given but year is given you should take January as beginning and December as ending.
And If asked about Year that is given on the top of the corner in big digit, say, 2012.2013 etc.
I have completed so many tasks with 100% accuracy.
