Hi 1st 01-No there is no specific time for anything. You have to be patient. Again when you have some tasks and surveys available in your hand put your best effort and be truthful. Don't lie ever otherwise you will not get any surveys thereafter. And the 2nd 01-Referral means you have to refer someone to join clixsense using your referral link, if the person you have referred joined clixsense by using your referral link then you will get referral bonus. you can check how much bonus you will get "in program details under affiliates tab."
