Opinion World ist sowieso schon einige Tage nicht mehr verfügbar bei mir...bzw. werden mir zur Zeit nur Opinion Surveys und Peanut Labs als verfügbare Router angezeigt
Quote:Dear Figure Eight Community, this weekend there was an error that resulted in many contributors' accounts being suspended. We are currently working on a resolution and hope to have the issue fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

If you're seeing this message, it's because you are an active contributor on Figure Eight, and we'd like your help with a special job that requires some extra attention to detail. Specifically, this task requires that you speak fluent German and can fully understand the complexities of the instructions.
Our customer is testing out Figure Eight as a potential platform to publish a lot of jobs in German, so if we do well on this job, there could be a lot more work available soon!......

One of our top priorities this year is to ensure you receive the support and resources needed to be successful. As many of you know, we’ve taken some exciting steps towards meeting this goal! We’ve built up our support team (Hey @maria !), added PayPal as a payment method, and provided insight into your performance through your tester score. We’ve been overjoyed to see how well these initiatives have been received by the community. That being said, there are some changes on the horizon.
Please take a few minutes to read the remainder of this announcement as it may impact your current payment settings or ability to receive jobs from Rainforest.
As of March 31st, 2018, CrowdFlower will no longer be available as a Rainforest payment method. CrowdFlower and Rainforest have come to a mutual agreement to go our separate ways and our contract will be terminated at the end of March.
A large number of our testers get paid for Rainforest tasks via CrowdFlower. In order to reduce the impact this has on our tester community, we are implementing two new payment methods before March 31st - PayPal and Payza. PayPal has been successfully implemented as of February 26th, and our goal is to implement Payza by the end of March before our CrowdFlower contract expires. We will keep the tester community updated as the Payza rollout progresses.
You can adjust your payment settings via the “Edit Profile” tab of your portal profile. Check out our FAQ for detailed instructions on setting up your new payment method, along with answers to other questions you probably have. Our documentation will be updated with relevant information when Payza is implemented: PayPal FAQ · rainforestapp/tester-chrome-extension Wiki · GitHub
These new payment methods will also be available to our testers who currently get paid via MTurk. However, our MTurk contract remains in place and MTurk testers don’t need to make the switch to PayPal or Payza unless they want to.
Why PayPal & Payza?
Both PayPal and Payza are widely accessible to most of our community members. Survey data shows that ~95% of our CrowdFlower testers should have the ability to receive and withdraw funds in their country using one of these methods.
I don’t have access to PayPal or Payza in my country. What do I do?
Despite our best efforts to cover as many testers as possible with these new payment methods, ~5% of our current CrowdFlower testers will be left without a payment option as of 3/31. We don’t like that this is the case, and we are sincerely sorry for this stressful inconvenience. Once Payza is successfully implemented, we will explore adding a third direct payment option to accommodate these testers. Decisions around additional payment methods will continue to be based on a combination of survey data collected from you all and what’s technically feasible on our end.
What if I don’t (or can’t) update my payment settings by March 31st?
Starting March 31, only testers with a valid payment method (i.e. PayPal, Payza, MTurk) will receive Rainforest jobs. If you are one of our CrowdFlower testers who does not have access to PayPal or Payza, your account will not be blocked. HOWEVER, you will no longer receive jobs. If we are able to implement a payment method that works in your country, you will be able to use that payment method and begin receiving jobs again.
We know many of you probably welcome this change, but we also realize that there is a portion of our community that will be negatively impacted, whether it be due to the introduction of fees you didn’t pay before, or the fact that you can’t do anymore Rainforest jobs until a payment method is implemented that works for you. We hear you and understand your concerns. We will continue searching for solutions to this problem to the best of our ability.
We believe this move will be beneficial for the long term growth of our tester community, and give us more flexibility when it comes to providing you all with the tools you need to be successful. Be on the lookout for updates as we continue work on various community-building initiatives! We’re excited to see what the future has in store!
