Paypal is facing huge competition in domestic market from amazon pay, google pay, paytm, phone pe etc in this business and incuring losses now so they wind up domestic business and only focus on international and cross border payments in india from April 1st.
I have gone through that news. As per paypal they are shutting down only their local domestic business that means services they offer within India like Book flight tickets, movie tickets, food ordering through paypal payment etc. They are continuing with cross border transaction and it will not affect payments coming from ysense and sending to indian bank account. As you now they have stopped manual transfers from paypal to indian bank account and only automatic transfer available. Hope this will help you.
