bhai aapne payoneer card activate kiya hai pehle sahi tarhan se? mere saath tou aisa koi issue nhi hua.. aur card mai koi balance bhi nhi chahye hota.. paypal khud 2 transactions kerta hai aapke payoneer mai (just to verify your account details).. aapka payoneer account and paypal account dono pe naam exactly same hai? ager nhi hai tou yeh masla hai.. aapko phir payoneer ya paypal ki support se contact kerna hoga..
baaki account mai koi balance ki zaroorat nhi hoti verify kernay k lye..

you can use debit/credit card to add funds to payonner card or you need to withdraw cash from clixsense to paypal and add your bank account provided by payoneer (Note:No funds required in paypal to verify bank account,its free).Then withdraw funds to Bank account that will be added to payoneer card account .then you can add payoneer Debit card to paypal or you may request any payoneer account holder to send funds to your Payoneer card account .

.you just have to do these steps to get ur paypal account approved

1 log-in to payoneer account then go-on receive money there will be option of US PayMENt SERVICE

2 click on that next page u will open scroll down there will find ur virtual bank infolike BAnk routing number and account number

3 just note those number and and then log-in to your paypal account

4 on right hand side there will be option of add bank account click on that

5 on next page u will have to add Bank Routing and Bank Account number that u have noted from payoneer ...and press submit....

6 now u have to wait for 2--3 days paypal will make 2 smal transaction to your payoneer account

7 when u got these transaction log-in to paypal click confirm bank account and add those amont which u have received in ur payoneer card and u r done

pr bank account add karty waqt mobile number man rahay hai... for verification/ confirmation code.... jo k USA ka mobile number hona chaye.....

If you using firefox follow these step to fix this problem

1) Click on TOOLS menu from menu bar
2) Now drop down menu will appear... Now click on OPTIONS
3) No click on ADVANCED tab from the above
4) Now click NETWORK tab
5) Click on SETTINGS and check on NO PROXY
6) click OK
