I was also thinking this. Upgrading someone in levels 2-8 does nothing for you!
Well, actually it could. Whenever anyone in the 8 levels upgrade, you get $1.00. So if they are upgraded, they
may find they like CS much better, and upgrade on their own the next year. Not only that but it might be an
incentive for them to promote and bring in more members, which means more dollars when those members
upgrade.
