
Onestamente non saprei dirti, ti consiglierei di inviare ticket all'admin, così avrai una risposta sicura.
Porta il cursore in alto a destra su "Helpdesk" e poi clicca su "Submit a ticket", compila in inglese ed invia.

I'm sorry but what terminated means is that you got disqualified for quality reason.
They may also disqualify you for security/quality reasons so make sure that you take your time to read each question and time to respond to them. If you RUSH through a survey or if you fail QUALITY questions or if you are caught as a STRAIGHT LINER you will not be compensated for the survey (even if you might see the congratulations screen) and your answers will be invalidated.
