YEs, Wait for tasks to show up. Only then you can complete tasks. Also you need to maintain Accuracy above 70% on most of tasks .if you go below that .You will get this mesage of Qualification .

yes , payoneer supports pakistan bank accounts. just use B/A to withdraw your fund .its cheaper way then using mastercard. Fee's are too high.
