Call HBL help line and ask for Online Activation .Then use it on Payza .I'm not sure if HBL card can be used internationally

Yes ,Rightly said Ammadd, MCB /Allied bank cause you UN-necessary delay .They Don't even care about customer .They will only answer "Contact you sender". They may even Commit Fraud . They are bunch of idiots

Sorry mate i haven't Used any other bank .I have withdrawn over $15,000 via bank wire to SCB without any prob . IBAN was implemented last month so waiting for wire with IBAN first time .



All banks can accept international wires Via IBAN .May be you can use BANK Al-FALAH /UBL Wire .other bank cause you UN-necessary delays and problems while Withdrawing .


I suggest use SCB/BANK Al-Falah or may be UBL if you don't have access to those two banks .They Charge high but excellent Services
