Take a screenshot, upload it to an image host and send them the link to the image.

Go to the Offers-History page and you will see the Pending offer listed in orange with an exclamation mark.
Hover your mouse over the exclamation mark and it will tell you when the offer will be credited.

Yes, cashout amount does not increase with every cashout. Its fixed at $8 for Standard members and $6 for Premium members.

With such a low amount of hits, you are bound to get such disappointing results. So instead of blaming ClixSense, you need to learn how to advertise first.

As for your accusation that "they don't show our advertisement", its completely baseless. You can easily track the visitors by using a link shortener or using a tracking tool like Google Analytics, Clicky on your website.
