You should be an active ClixSense members for a minimum of 6 months, know ClixSense's system top-to-bottom and know how to read and write proper English (for those in the English speaking forums). In the case for the language forums they should be native speakers of that language and be good with English.

Any member who is accepted by the ClixSense Staff to take on the responsibility of being a moderator must be active in the forum and check it daily. Posts have to be approved so it will be up to moderators to approve them. Also the position as moderator is a volunteer position and there is no compensation plan. They will also not be considered an employee of ClixSense.

The ClixSense staff and management may terminate the position of moderator if they feel they are not performing as expected or abuse their power as a moderator.
