There is no "best time" because you will only receive what you request.
Payouts are processed on Mondays and Fridays so if you are a little late, you payout request will be processed on the next scheduled payout day.

Total Amount Earned will always be greater than or equal to your account balance since it indicates your lifetime earnings on ClixSense.

Set your preferred cashout method on the right hand column in your Profile and Settings page.




Once you've done that and have the minimum balance required for cashout, you will see a Cashout button beside your balance on your Account Summary page.

Balance means what you currently have in your ClixSense account balance right now. You can choose to withdraw it or use it to purchase ads or a premium upgrade.
