Not an hourglass but more like a caution symbol (yellow triangle).



It's for ads that ClixSense get from some external advertising networks. The links they give them expire a few minutes later so ClixSense can only keep them active for about 5 minutes to prevent ClixSense from not getting paid if the link is expired when the user clicks on the ad.
