You earn commissions from clicks only on Level 1.

You earn commissions from upgrades on Levels 1 to 8. [$2 for Level 1 and $1 for Levels 2-8].


In your example, you will earn commissions on "clicks" from R1. If R1 upgrades, you will earn $2.
If R12 upgrades to Premium, you will earn $1 provided you are a Premium member. You will not earn anything from R12's clicks.

You cannot add a payment processor just like that. There is a process where you apply, send in the documents, the processor verifies it and then you integrate the API and so on so forth. There are a lot of formalities involved.

And btw, they are just asking for opinion. Its not mentioned anywhere that they are considering about adding more processors.
