Not to long ago, there was a thread in the forums about deleting inactive referrals. It seemed there were some who were in favor of having the option to do this and I couldn't understand why anyone would want to delete referrals because they were not active. This is a story of why you might not want to be to quick to do so (if you could)
On Saturday afternoon, I received a nice surprised when I logged into my ClixSense account. Someone had upgraded. I fully expected to find that a new referral that was averaging about 25 ads per day to have made the investment in themselves and ClixSense. I was quite wrong.
Instead, the new upgrade was by a member that has been a referral for 5 or 6 months and had never been really active. They clicked a few times at the beginning, miss a bunch of time and click 1 or 2 days and then stop again, sometimes missing 3-4 weeks at a time (yes, I'm one of those members that check my referral's activity once or twice a day while waiting for an ads to appear

)
The member had recently started clicking again, maybe 2 or 3 days in a row and decided to invest. Even with the recent activity, the extra ads as a premium and the 100 ads they received for upgrading, this member's average is still below 3 clicks per day since joining.
The moral of the story? There is no reason to ever give up on a referral. We may never know the reason why they joined, why they never clicked even 1 ad, or why they stop after clicking for many months. But those inactive members may just surprise you one day and become the next superstars of ClixSense. You just never know!
