I watched RRR on Netflix last night, it's very graphic and absorbing.

A series I watched and liked is 1899 on Netflix.

This is also available in other languages. The song Naatu Naatu from this film won the Golden Globe award also.

Yes, I loved it too. But unfortunately 1899 will not be renewed for a 2nd and 3rd season. Eventhough debuting at the end of 2022 to very positive reviews and it has a place on the streamer’s top 10 list. Strange.

1899 is one of those that keeps you guessing really gets you thinking.

I can see how they really could create more add on's to that series. Not to give away a spoiler but you know the main characters could each have their ___. They could also make series that went further into the years or backwards in the past.

It's about a revolution in India. One party steals a child from another party. The party of the stolen child must try to get the child back. The kidnapping of the child, results in a stronger cause. One young boy makes a promise to his father that is dying from gunshot wounds. The boy focus as he grows up, to keep his promise and in so doing, he must pretend to be for the opposite party. Neither side knows what he is up to.

It's actually a very good movie. Gotta love the matter of fact speech of the Indian language. The Indian voice has sort of a musical tone to it. I try to imitate it but always ends up with me sounding Swedish.

You mean Hindi language - do you actually try to imitate Hindi, OR the actual accent of an Indian speaker, either way you gotta record this and share for good laughs  (the part about you sounding Swedish  do you mean like that Swedish Chef in the muppets show ? )

Yeah, the narrator. India accent. Isn't Hindi and Indian sound the same or no?

India speech sounds very rounded, very pronounced but somehow shortened.

In India there are many official languages, Hindi is one of them, there is also Assamese, Gujarati, Bengali, Hindi, Kashmiri, Kannada, Konkani, Manipuri, Marathi, Malayalam, Odia, Nepali, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Tamil, Telugu, Bodo, Urdu, Sindhi, Santali, Marathi, and Dogri :D Using the term speaking "Indian" is like saying "Speaking Canadian", an Indian speaks Hindi, just like an American speaks English, there are different accents / dialects, you know like southern :D
