pigeons the worst creature

Many people love birds and believe that these are the best creatures in the world. May be they are lucky in being able to fly and escape from hardships but they are the dirtiest creatures making ugly every where . Of these birds I hate pigeons as they have the least sense of cleanliness among birds . They are really a nuisance for human beings.

So what do you expect them to do, use the outhouse to release their No. 2 ? Yeah I guess birds don't care where they poop, you can get them on your car, even on your head when you are walking around, not pleasant - but it's hard for the lot to use the toilets :D

That's maybe ONE and maybe only that ONE area humans are superior to animals, we use toilets (at least most of us do :D)
Cats are superior because they lick their arse clean, in most parts of the world we still use TP

yes cats are the best in the sense of cleanliness . This is the reason why ancestors in India allowed cats to enter indoors but kept all other pets outdoors.

My sister, my sister, my sister, my sister!!! Her car is always loaded with bird poo, especially the side mirrors. She has garages but does not use them for her car. She has carport with bird feeders hanging. She has bird feeders in the back yard. She has bird feeders in the front yard. I told her, why not at least place walmart plastic bag over the side mirrors and then you can take them off before you drive. Nope, she don't care. She drives every where with bird poo all over her car!

I find it disgusting and if I get one splotch of bird poo on my car, I remove it immediately.

I hang one hummingbird feeder in the summer in the back yard but that's it.

You have to be careful because birds carry diseases. I love to look at birds but I do not want them all over my house and pooping all over everything. Plus, it's a waste of money all that bird seed she buys.

I have a garage and keep my car parked inside.

Yes we have to be very careful about birds though they are lovely to see but their poo can cause dangerous lung diseases. especially of pigeons

Nice topic, who'd thunk - but it's fitting

Depends, cats lick their arse clean and bury their dung in the litter box, but they have perks - That is if you don't mind the scent of cat urine, having furs all over, chewed / scratched furniture. I mean not all cats, but some.

Problem is, you don't get to choose the colour  So you have to settle with stained white :P They must find a way to run cars off poo - there's lot of that on this planet, so prices would be affordable and nobody would have to rely on expensive oil and high maintenance electric, for sure there are ways, imagine, you could be running your car with your own waste eventually :D

Let me guess, she uses her garages as storage areas - lots of people do that now. If people don't want to use their garage, there are alternatives, like car tents in the winter ...... But yes it's disgusting indeed, not only to look at, because it looks like bird vomit too but it stinks  though not as much as horse manure though, but horses don't sh** on cars

Apparently bird poo is corrosive ? That's what I heard, apparently if you leave the stains on your car or whatever, with time it can have corrosive properties and eat through the paint or fabric and leave permanent marks. So she really doesn't care ? What if that splosh is right in the front view, driver side, I bet she'd care

The moment you feed the bids the entire flock will come, if you don't mind bird poo all over your yard, though birds might keep some bugs away from the yard, I think spiders do a better job at cleaning yards of insects, especially the large ones :D

Good point on the disease part - and then there is a problem with hygiene in society, not a lot of people wash their hands in general - it's against principles, like wearing masks and all, so I cannot imagine people getting bird poo on their hands or touching it by accident and just wiping it off, and not washing hands properly afterwards, then they manipulate foods you eat - it's enough that a lot of people don't wash their bloody hands after they've discharged No. 2's. You can see that a lot in public toilets, they just get out of the stall and straight for the door  Those who are concerned of bird poo, well imagine this, the foods you love to eat at y our restaurant, there's human fecal matter content in them, to some degree, from minuscule amounts to more, so you are eating someone's poo with every bite ! :D

They are holographic and shimmer different shades of the rainbow colour depending on the angle

There's not many pigeons in this area, although you can find a lot of them in the ghetto areas of the province where people feed them all day, all night, these areas you can literally smell them from a mile, it's disgusting, the look itself is gross, it looks more like bird vomit :D Bon Appetite

Her husband keeps a big Hummie in one of the garages and the other does have bunches of stuff in it.

I even suggested a tarp to go over the car.

She just don't care.

Yes some times bird poo will take the paint off a car.

You should tell her that if she leaves it there, eventually it will corrode its way through the car and makes nice little holes

Good thing it's not an expensive Ferrari :P

Just the sight of it is repulsive, splotches of bird pudding and all

Tarps are a good idea, but you gotta clean them too, or the poo will eat its way through the tarp

Yes cats have very good sense of cleanliness more even than humans. Havent you seen them digging the mud before pooing and then closing the dig with the mud until they feel that there no smell of any poo.. They have a sense that it is waste from the body that should be avoided.

Feeding these dirty creatures by some bird lovers make situations worse. They are making many important places like railway stations, bus stands dormitories .... very dirty

But not acceptable to humans only to animals   . Pigeons are the worst creatures I wont agree that they are cool. May be you are an animal lover. My policy is try to avoid anything that hinder our smooth life on Earth otherwise dont hurt any creature that is the rule of nature

True, but humans don't dump their No. 2s all over the streets, cars, on people's heads, etc, most humans go to the bathroom - that's the difference - even in the poorest countries, people do their business in holes in the ground, you can't compare pigeons to humans in that way

Yes humans are far better than these pigeons though there may be other good birds. Those pigeons really make ugly everywhere and their poos smell very bad . i wonder how some people rear them as pets. I feel irritated on seeing those ugly creatures
