We're happy to help. The best place to get help with missing credit for an activity is by sending in a ticket through the Visited section of your Transaction History. Did you read what ySenseTeam and I wrote to you? Submit a support ticket. Otherwise you will not get any concrete support because of the missing credit

Hello.

I am having problems with You Surveys and Peanut Labs. For your surveys you get an error page at the start of every survey and for Peanut Labs after completing the survey you get an error page and surveys are not credited. What is going on? This started in May.

:clap: Please find a solution to Peanut Labs surveys now. I completed the 20 minute survey.

:thumbdown: Again, as usual, I did not receive any payment. And again the expected result: Error screen.

:clap: This is very annoying. We do not take payments. Our time and effort is wasted. This is unfair.

:oops: Why so much uncertainty and error, despite so many complaints on the Forum... We are constantly receiving Peanut Labs Surveys. Why?

:oops: We are waiting for a solution.

The Payoneer account cannot be stored directly in the ySense portal.
When you have requested the first Payoneer payout, ySense will send you an email with a link that you can use to link your Payoneer account to ySense.

Cashed two German Amazon gift cards a few days ago. Because I didn't know how to get the gift card code, I only saved the pin code of the gift card, and then deleted the email completely. Can you resend the email and let me find my two German Amazon Gift Cards? Thank you

I redeemed two German Amazon Gift Cards and found that I need to use VPN to get my gift card code. Will it be blocked? When I am using VPN, others are also using it, resulting in the same IP. I am worried about whether it will be blocked

We're happy to help. Please reach out to the team through a ticket to request a resend of your gift card email. Once you do receive your gift cards, it's a 2 step process to access. When you first receive your gift card link there will be a code next to the "click to view gift card" button. You have to copy that code into the area that shows once you click to "view gift card". Once you enter that first code on the new page it will then reveal you actual Gift Card code. It's a 2 step process!
 
Please try your card again following these steps from your initial email.
