I had one question. Lately, I have received very few surveys and I was wondering when I would receive more surveys.

Not receiving Surveys from Samplicio, Yoursurvey. Samplicio are missing since January 2021, and Yoursurvey from August 2021

hello admin why only allowed 200 characters for transaction history support ticket?it's too short can you make it the same size like the normal one in the help section. i sent support ticket there before but it's only allowed 200 characters not enough space for me.

There can be a lower volume of surveys at the start of the year, you should see increase in available surveys over the next few weeks. One tip we can share is to regularly answer Your Profile Questions on the Surveys page: https://www.ysense.com/surveys , Answering profile questions helps with getting more survey matches.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have passed your message along to the team. In the meantime, the best thing to do is to reply back to your ticket once you send it in and then you can add more text and information to your ticket. You can update your email through the account settings of your account: https://www.ysense.com/account-settings#update-email You can get to this page by looking in the dropdown menu of your account name on the upper right corner of the home page and click "Profile and Settings"

I can't still respond on chat.
Please could you check the toolbar on my device for me and make it on and off. On when static and off when I want to chat or write.
Please could check for my Stolen phones for me. TECNO Phones and Nokia 8. I lost TECNO at Dakar, Senegal when on duty UN Refugee duty. And Nokia 8 phone when on prayer session here in Uyo.


Because I have no money to pay the Police toget them for me. And I have no money to buy new ones.

Please help me. I count on you

By mistake my VPN was on when I opened y sense website. But immediately closed it and did not do any surveys and turned off VPN too. Please tell me will I still be blocked ? I didn't do any survey and it was hardly open for few seconds

What you have described will not cause your account to be blocked, since you didn't do any sruveys while using a VPN. Thank you for writing in.

Please I am asking if Befuell as the username of ySense, if she is the person who presented
at Lagos during the Master Class on Photographic. I attended and she presented it very well. Do radical in her action. It was great. Please ad the bank, GTBank(Guarantee Trust Bank said that she is the Boss when they invited me to attend which I did. Please could you ask her to pay me. Because I have no money and I was told that it you, ySense that pay us, your workers here. That is Microsoft.

Is ySense going to do something with the PureSpectrum router? The problem of invitations appearing and not qualifying for any survey has been known here for a long time. Nothing is being done about it and I get the impression that lately, apart from PS, there are no other surveys here.
