We wanted to share some helpful information with you about Cashout options for Gift Cards and about Payoneer and PayPal!

After you redeem (Cashout) for a Gift Card, it's important to verify that transaction. Once you've redeemed a Gift Card it can take up to 10 business days (not including holidays & weekends) for the Gift Card, Payoneer, or PayPal to arrive.

Please be sure to wait the 10 business days before sending in a ticket for help. The team is unable to speed up the delivery and can only help if your card hasn't arrived after the 10 business day timeframe.
