We wanted to share a few helpful tips for sending in tickets for missing credit or for reporting survey issues/bugs.
All ySense members now have the new and improved Transaction History! You can track your earning activity, as well as quickly and easily submit help desk tickets that will be resolved quicker than before!
BENEFITS OF YOUR NEW TRANSACTION HISTORY:
-See details about the activities, surveys, and offers you have clicked
-Ability to submit a ticket to customer support right from your Transaction History
-Less fuss! Help ticket details are automatically populated
-Tickets will be resolved far quicker as a result!

For missing credit or reporting an issues/bug, first check the Visited section of your Transaction History and if you don't see the activity in your Transaction History, the best thing to do is send a ticket via our help desk page https://help.ysense.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and please include the following information when you send in a ticket for quickest resolution:
-Where you found the survey (Email, Inbox, Homepage, etc.)
-Survey Reward Amount
-URL of the survey
-Screenshot of completion
It's important to only send in one ticket per issue. Sending in more than one ticket for one issue will delay response times.
