ySense does not offer instant payments. For various reasons, this is currently not possible.

If you have read the article carefully, you will know that it can take up to 10 working days for the money to reach you.
The day of the request, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count!
If you haven't received the payment after 10 working days, please feel free to contact customer service:

Search by date and use the filter 'Withdrawal', click the arrow on the left of your payment request to reveal a dropdown and see details, then click "Contact Customer Support" and write your detailled message.
Tickets submitted before this deadline will not make the payment process any faster and members will only receive a standard text answer or no response.
