I can't walk my left ankle leg got fractured and bone dislocation

Doctor said to do surgery and take rest for 3 months

He said not to move leg more

2 weeks ago i was washing my face while bending over my kitchen sink, Suddenly my back was struck by an intensive pain i've never experienced before, Can't stand up for more than 1 hour before i need to lie flat down on my back.

Hoped it would go away (as it always does), But that did not happen, Now it's x-rays on Monday and probably physical therapy unless something else is wrong.

On the + side my doctor is an extremely gorgeous woman in her mid-thirties, It does help a little.

That corona mask she's wearing, Only adds to her charm

Stent put in or bypass. Only time will tell.

Just had a Angiogram awhile back. Hope all goes well dutch1890. Wishing you the best Sonyjmn and hope you will be back as soon as possible. I have had three broken ankles. Not fun.

Lumbar area ? Do you lift heavy objects ? That is really a crippling pain, I hope you recover fast. Sometimes the inflammation lasts and you need anti-inflammatory, I hope your outcome is good.

Doesn't do much for lower back pain though, though maybe the adrenaline rush might help momentarily

@Nikorj I hope your doctor is one of those who considers everything first before surgery. Some doctors rush towards the surgery, because they want the $$$$ Lower back pain is COMMON, for some it is chronic inflammation, for some it is life long, unfortunately surgery in that area comes with a high risk. Hopefully it is just an inflammation and not something more serious like herniated discs. In no time you will be good to go and hit the 300 lbs dead lifts

My covid test came negative and then doctor done operation
