Covid-19 vs. Flu (why is Coronavirus worse!)

#1 by Darkstar2 » Fri Mar 20, 2020 20:32

It is common misconception that the coronavirus is less dangerous than the Flu. People will look at only one piece of data for the Flu and how it kills hundreds of thousands yearly. BUT........the following illustration below will show you why the coronavirus is far more serious and fatal. Just in the incubation period alone, represents a huge challenge, because people can be asymptomatic for up to 14 days vs. 4 days with the Flu

These are viruses that were meant to be locked in the WILD until ignorant humans beings started removing wild life animals and putting them together with other animals, creating one of the best conditions for viruses to grow.

So lot of people feel fine and don't bother getting tested, why would you when you are fine, BUT 14 days later they get the symptoms, and during those 14 days of being asymptomatic, you can pass along the virus to other people!!!
This is what makes this virus challenging. 4 days vs. 14 days, that's 3.5x longer incubation period.

Welcome to the Great Depression 2.0 we are in it for the next 100 years.

Oh and BTW, the 3-4 fatality rate is that reported by the CDC and WHO, HOWEVER, this is an AVERAGE, in countries like Italy, the actual average is more like 8% !!!

In Italy, the figure is high because it includes deaths with coronavirus, not for coronavirus.

Many states consider only deaths for coronavirus.
They do this so as not to frighten people, our data is more correct.
