with regard to paypal denominations

earlier there was $150 now it shows as $100, $250

Is $150 removed

I guess be thankful you still have PayPal ;) You could do 1 x $50 and 1 x $100, you are allowed 2 transactions daily, and since there are no FIXED fees for PP, it won't cost you extra fees doing multiple transactions unlike Payoneer which is FIXED fee.

I just checked after opening your post it shows,$10-25-50-100-250 available options for PayPal.
