why not remove the (toluna) from the panel ????

If it is known by everyone including Ysense himself that Toluna has errors and does not pay, why insist on this crap on the panel? Besides not paying no use complaining anymore because without the full search screenshot at the end of the page Ysense does not pay, that is, as this screeshot there is no ideal would ban forever this Toluna that is for nothing, or will this behavior is on purpose ???????

Hello Edersants

Firstly, this was already discussed some time back in the news/updates sub forum.
There IS an issue with Toluna not crediting and it has been suggested not to do those surveys at this time.
They stated they contacted Toluna and waiting on a fix. This is all I know and this is what has been stated
in the news sub forum.

I suppose members could still do them if they wanted to and submit the id number, reward amount, and
screenshot to ySense support thru their support ticket system. They will credit the award if you send that
info.

I will add, it appears they are working on some things in regards to surveys.
Samplicios surveys have not been listed for USA members for several days.

If you want to claim your money screenshot is required many members find it a headache but then you loose your money decision is yours

WHY ???? ySense know that many do not read forum and big number know nothing about screenshot and huge number will do toluna survey and that is big money in ySense pocket , free money

How much ySense earn in profit on non paying surveys ? Over 100 to me and same for 1000s people here
Non paying survey = big money for ySense

Just do it at another site , they all pay for toluna survey , I am paid for all and doing it daily
If ySense see that nobody is doing it here they will fix problem in 24 hours.............. problem solved

Removing a non crediting Survey sites would be too simple of task to do.

@ Arvind, you are missing the point. Members should not have BEG TO BE PAID and have to spend
10 minutes with BS crap to proof they completed the survey with a screen shot.

Really a shame people have to be forced out of desperation to earn extra money have to go the
extra steps to provide a screenshot.

A very good suggestion.They should remove such routers which are of no use.Why wasting our time by taking screenshots and begging for money.I think y sense is getting benefited from toluna but that is not transferred to members due to some technical error and which is really absurd as the support here is a stupid affair.So better don't give us these useless surveys.

Maybe coincidence I dunno, it's quite odd actually, they are available in Canada, maybe they flipped the wrong switch :P

See this is the whole thing Valerie, lack of communication we are left in the dark here, so it's all theories, speculations, etc, it would be nice and proper etiquette to be informed about removal / addition of stuff, like Jim did, it does not take much effort "Dear members, we have temporarily removed Samplicio for whatever reason, it will be back at whatever time..........", I've been digging lately, and I can see lots of complaints about communication on their other sites, so yeah I am not surprised, why expect anything different here........... :/

For those who do not have Samplicio, if you have access to other routers, you will find samp surveys there, as LUCID, the company behind this router is a major provider for most routers, so those samp surveys can be done through YourSurveys, etc....... Same for Toluna, there are issues doing them directly, here, but Toluna is also available through YourSurveys, and some other routers, and those credit just fine.

Where is is the admin? Can anyone find them here. The main admin has not logged in as of 17 October 2019. His colleague has not logged in since 23 October 2019. If this is the situation how can the situation improve in the future.

Everyone loves FREE Money Right........... Even ySense too.. so if you do a Toluna tuna survey and
don't get credited and don't send all the jumbo mumbo screenshot stuff to support, they don't
have to pay you.
