The suppott team is sleeping and dont hope they will resolve these problems .Toluna is a very good survey router it is some issue related to ysense that the problem still exist. They are not interested in solving that but interested in suspending people from taking surveys from some routers like peanut lab etc.Now we understand the mighty of beloved clicksense which was always loyal to its members. But one positive thing is that there are many surveys and tasks available here too and many are earning well.
There is a rewards site I am on that has Toluna, you can do up to 5 a day, and it pays a flat $1 each, site is in operation since 2002 and NEVER have they had any issues with credits, they have PayPal there and no minimum, pays within 48 hours most of the time same day, unfortunately it is only for US/Canada, and unfortunately they do not compete in terms of other surveys, but I only do the Toluna there, it works, it's a shame they do not have the same stuff as here because their support is STELLAR, it's probably one of the best in the industry.
As to support, on ClixSense, when Jim or Joao dealt with support tickets, it was great, unfortunately when other staff members handled the tickets, support was bad there too, you can see some complaints of other members too about that in those days. Here unfortunately, the support is generic, you will never get a reply directly from the owner, it will be mostly text book support. Though for requesting credits, I have not been denied yet and have gotten my credits, but for any other issues, it is generic......
As far as earning opportunities here, in terms of TASKS, nothing changed from CS, since all tasks are managed by Figure Eight, so ySense has no influence on that. For survey and offer walls, this is where ySense has influence. Unfortunately, there are members who did well on CS who are not doing well at all here, you can see their posts here

There are members doing similar, there are members doing better, and since not everyone is posting their stats, nobody can know for sure.
This new site will complete 3 months very soon, what progress has it made ? Aside from payment processors, and even payment processors things are moving slowly........In terms of other issues, not much was done.bugs that were reported since August are still present with no news about those........Luckily some can earn on this site, unfortunately for some including myself, I cannot cash out the money I earned and no ETA of knowing when that will be possible let alone if it will be ......so this cancels any positive earnings IMO, but unfortunately it is hard to find a good rewards site, one thing that ySense retained is CS's commissions, survey pay rates are still competitive, the cut they take from task is the same as CS, so the rates are similar, even though there are more lower paid surveys here, there still are some higher paid ones left, unfortunately for some members it's opposite, it's mostly lower paid now......BUT these members have a cash out method.
As far as PeanutLabs, ySense has nothing to do - Peanut Labs is a 3rd party, and they manage their own infrastructure, PeanutLabs is known for being very strict - Account bans are not uncommon, even from the days of CS or any other site, you will hear a lot of negative stories surrounding PeanutLabs and people's accounts being terminated. Some like PeanutLabs because they do not have other surveys, but most of the time PL surveys are lower paid compared to the same surveys on other routers, PeanutLabs is just an aggregator, they outsource inventory from other routers, you can find the same surveys through Samplicio, YourSurveys, etc, at a higher pay rate.
