Thr best food to fight most ailments is milk and some milkproducts in moderate amount.The best milk product is yogurt.The lactic acid present in yogurt can repair your damaged cells and tissues.it is the best medicine to prevent the development of plaque in the arteries and increase HDL cholesterol level.So try to include yogurt daily in your food.But one thing to be noted is that combination of yogurt with protein can be poisonous ,So avoid it with meat fish and egg.Fish especially prawns in combination with yogury is dangerous .lactise is the healthiest carbohydrate while fructose in moderate amount is fair as excess will turn to glucose .

What is health,unhealthy nothing is proven,some facts even most religious people dont know,in India the most religious place is Varanasi where people say a person goes straight to heaven,but there some religious person eat dead human flesh,they have been doing it since ages and religion does not find anything wrong in it,I would rather eat red meat than human meat.

Eating co species is not even done by animals.Such people eating the flesh of their own species cannot be called humans but demons.The major factor that contributes to health is genetic code .The errors in it causes mutations leading to drastic changes.Whatever be some foods can trigger ailments ,those foods need not be same for all.Red meat may not harm some people but will be harmful to others.Anyway I am against red meat and that has some religious fact also in it.

This is the first time I hear about eating human flesh being considered normal. It's cannibalism! Legend has it that early humans were like that maybe or that people in last resort famine resort to that, but it is definitely not "normal" and frowned upon.

As far as red meat, not all meats are equal, it depends on the source, some sources are better than others, it depends on the health of the animal, products given to it, etc. The same applies to plants (vegetables and fruits).

Red meat has Vitamin B12, an important Vitamin.

As far as statistics in Americas, it is likely around 8 in 1000, so for a normal and healthy human being, the risks are very low, HOWEVER, it is still a problem, because if you adjust this ratio based on population, you end up with over a quarter million cases......and in the U.S. millions of cases, that represents a LOT in terms of hospitalisation. There are definitely much higher risk factors than the red meat though. People who have join problems, arthritis, chronic inflammation, would definitely benefit greatly by cutting red meat.
