I just saw a notice that my quality score for Your Surveys was slashed in half and that I wouldn't have access to as many of their surveys due to quality issues. I've been answering those surveys in the same manner I've been answering them over the last three years. Always honestly. Nothing has changed. It would be nice if some specifics were provided. Very aggravating. I think I'll stick to the other surveys for awhile. Has anyone else had problems with Your Surveys?
You are not the first or last, there are many complaints online about this. Though I find that they are the most reliable router, without them my earnings would be worthless here. They have a confidentiality agreement with their clients so they will never disclose the exact reasons - Whenever a client rejects a survey you will lose points, these can range anywhere from a few points to a large amount of points. If you fail a QC check you will lose the most points.
Keep in mind also that points expire, 100 points is a baseline, you cannot go below 100 unless you lose points due to QC checks or client survey rejection. Also in addition to this they do some random audits comparing the consistency of your answers, profile answers, etc, you know those questions they ask before the actual survey, those are crucial - if during their random audits they determine you are not consistent, you risk getting blocked. Though I am sure this system is flawed and has false positives, meaning innocent people getting blocked. Clients on that and any platform pay per completion, so how do we know that clients are not simply rejecting surveys to avoid payment - it seems on any given platform clients are given the right to reject surveys that do not meet their expectations ! I have not had issues yet - my quality score is over 224, but sometimes I do notice I lose some points mysteriously even when none are due to expire and even when not receiving rejections, they do cheat people out of points, I confronted their support many times about this but they give excuses that our history only shows 100 entries, etc, it's funny because in the past you could go through multiple pages.
Anyhow, next time you open a yoursurveys session click on HISTORY and locate at the top your recent points transactions, you should see the amounts of points you lost and a generic explanation, MAYBE you can find a FIX button, if you see one, click on it, if not, then contact support, some people were able to be reinstated
