Thanks , did read that one Blog and that is all , nothing to help us , no real situation help , like robot post

If that is all they posted it is very strange to me . Normaly new site come Admin is first to post and help few days in start

If you send a support ticket with a compliment or general question you will get an answer quickly - if you send legitimate concerns and important questions, you will get ignored. This was never the case on CS, your tickets were answered, whether its content were positive or negative. This says a lot on the support.

New Admin did take the time to post more than once to respond to members. With such a flurry of complaints, I don't remember where. Sorry.

These are not just complaints. These are genuine concerns and needs for the members. It has been since 4 days after the maintenance started and there is no solution to any issues. Just for small ones all the remaining issues are put into cold storage. Is this is just a way to kick out the members from here?

Exactly, I no longer understand if I should be working on the tasks, cause if the money is stuck then I would simply be adding up in it for nothing. And as no surveys are available cant just rely on peanuts for peanuts. Things were getting worse here and this big change looks the worst of all.
