I'll start with the one in quotes. jbg.
It's short for 'f' word plus 'it'. That would be the translation.
(I'll write long version in chat for you. )

It is written differently/longer and it would be inappropriate for forum, but for forum this variation is ok.
It's used for almost every occasion.
- when someone tells you bad news, you say jbg (something like s... happens). It shows empathy.
- when you are apologizing if someone says why did you/didn't you do that, you say jbg - than it means sorry.
- when someone uses it as in Garagos's post, it means something like 'it goes without saying' or 'there is no other option'.

Income, I think word jbg is actually universal response for almost everything.

-in some dialog, when you don't have any comments, words, etc. you always can say "jbg"
-if you don't have much words, you can always use "jbg" as 3-4th word (word 1, word 2, word 3, jbg, word 4, word 5, jbg)
-you can use "jbg" instead "nevermind"

Just to ad, this one is not nice, so uzair_friends if you use it somewhere in our region don't expect it to be taken nicely.
It explicitly says what Garagos posted - something like buzz off but with f word incorporated.
