Imam isti problem, dopisujem se 3 dana sa PayPal supprtom al nista konkretno da mi pomognu.

Sad imam jedno pitanje, da`l moram imat povezan PayPal sa bankovnim racunom.
I ima kakve veze, sto sam preselio iz BiH u Njemacki, tj. promjenio IP adresu, sa transakcijom.
Na PayPalu sam promjenio adr. ali kao drugu adresu sam ostavio BiH adr.
