Postovanje,Potreban mi je savet i unapred hvala svakom ko nadje vremena da mi odgovori.
Naime,istekla mi je Payoneer kartica u februaru.Nisam bila u Srbiji tada,nisam imala pristup internetu.Koliko sam shvatila direktno sa Payoneera da bih dobila novu karticu potrebno je da nadjem nekog ko ce mi uplatiti minimum 50$ ili ja njemu minimum isti da bih automatski dobila pravo na novu karticu.Nemam nikoga ko bi to uradio za mene,moji referali su davno prestali da rade.Imala sam Pay Pal povezan sa tadasnjim Clixom neko kratko vreme jos 2016.te dok nam nisu uveli Payoneer,ja sam se tada prebacila na Payoneer i ostala na njemu.Medjutim,sada imam problem.Prvo,na stranici "settings account" i "payment methods" na mom ySense nalogu vise nemam opciju da promenim platni rezim,znam da je ranije bilo,ali sada nema.Ne znam sta mi je ciniti.Da li postoji bilo koji nacin da dobijem novu Payoneer karticu ili pak da povezem nalog ponovo sa PayPal?Hvala puno,svaki odgovor mi znaci mnogo.

to je do tebe ukoliko želite povezati sa PayPal-om morate imati isti email na koji ste se registrovali na ysense/clixsense uvjek možeš na paypal promjeniti email,neka neko od kolega odgovori da li email mora biti sličan sa emailom koji je sličan sa vašim imenom i prezimenom minimalna isplata na paypal je 10$ dok na payoneer 52$

Na sta mislis pod 'ne mozes da se prebacis'?
Da li mozes, molim te, preciznije da objasnis, kako bih mogla da pomnem? :)
(Na primer: sta ti se javlja kao greska, sta ti pokaze na ekranu, sta kliknes, sta si probala do sada i kojim redom, ... )

Kada kliknes gore na 'Cashout' na vrhu pocetne/glavne stranice tvog naloga (ne ove forumske), izbaci ti ekran sa svim ponudama sta je dostupno za drzavu u kojoj si. Da li tu vidis PP? Ako 'da', sta se desava redom kada kliknes na to?

Takdje, da li si proverila sa PP podrskom, da li ti je PP nalog aktivan, da li je verifikovan i sl., jer ne znam gde i sta ti pravi problem, pa pisem malo napamet, sta sve moze da bude.

ukoliko ne mogneš da spojiš piši im email od pp support i ysensa,napisao sam ti da bi verifikovala moraju ti oba email biti ista tj registrovani email od ysensa sa paypalom,prije to nije bio slučaj jer email na koji smo se registrovali na clixsense i payout mogli su biti različiti,sada je isto i sa payoneerom

Kada kliknem na Cashout izbaci mi ekran sa svim ponudama,izaberem Pay Pal opciju,ukucam podatke sa kartice,posto mi traze,jer mi je prethodna istekla.Pre toga sam otisla i "un-link"ovala staru karticu preko koje sam imala uplate.To je bila Visa kartica Intesa banke.Sada imam Master Card Erste banke( zvala u banku i proverila da li kartica moze da se koristi u PP platnom sistemu,kazu moze).Odem na opciju "Link a new Card", Ukucam identicne podatke( ime,prezime,mail) kao sa ySense,pa na Link Card opciju.Iznad podataka mi iskoci poruka :"We're sorry.We are not able to process your request right now.Please try again later. " To je poruka koju dobijam..pisala sam i u Customer Service,objasnila kakav problem imam,ali nisam dobila odgovor.Nadam se da sam uspela dobro da objasnim svoj problem. :cry: Hvala svakom ko odvoji vreme da mi pomogne. :)

koliko znam master kartica ne može,prije pola godine meni isticala kartica poslali mi master card bez moga znanja,onda ja otišao tamo i rekao ne želim master card nego visa card čekao dodatnih 20 dana dobio visu i spojio sa pp,koliko vidim tu ti je problem moraš tražiti visu elektron onda ako bude problema ysense te pp support da ti spoje ukoliko ti ne mogneš,uz uslov da ti je registrovani email isti sa pp

I ja, koliko se secam, davno je bilo, svi smo povezivali Visa sa PP i tada nije mogla Master kartica da se poveze.

još jedan primjer kod moga rođaka rekli mu pogrešno da može master card nije mogao onda mene kontaktirao ja mu objasnio, on ne koristi ove poslove što mi radimo nego nešto sasvim drugo ali mu je trebala visa elektron da spoji sa pp i prima transakciju preko neta za posao koji je uradio preko te firme,za firmu koju radi koristi master card ali morao je izvaditi visu elektron,jedino ukoliko nisu nešto sada promjenuli.

Ocigledno je onda u tome problem.Hvala vam puno,drugari.U ponedeljak u banku po novu karticu.Postavicu ovde kako sam prosla kad je dobijem i nadam se spojim sa nalogom,da spasim kolege lutanja,gubljenja vremena i zivaca. Hvala jos jednom. :)

Jos jedan podatak, mozda ti koristi. Moja kartica koju sam spajala nije bila Visa elektron, vec Visa classic. Ako ti ponude kao opciju bilo koju Visa karticu, ok je. dodatno, zavisi od banke do banke, neke imaju vise Visa kartica, pitaj ih da ti objasne povoljnosti i izaberi sta tebi najvise odgovara, ako imas opcije u tvojoj banci.
(Na primer, meni je preporucio moj bankar, koji je zaduzen za moj racun, da uzmem tu karticu, jer jedina ima ispupcena slova i brojke, a to moze da bude od koristi ako se putuje negde i naletis na prodavnicu koja ima stare automate koji imaju slip koji se prevlaci preko kartice. Imalo mi je skroz smisla njegovo objasnjenje i uzela sam tu.)

Visa clasic(jedina je bila ponuđena od strane banke na moj zahtjev) je i kod mene to je isto samo promjena imena,još jedan podatak kada sam im rekao da mi treba Visa kartica ne plaća se ništa ali sam nešto morao ispuniti neki formular što do tada nije bio slučaj,kod kolegice je Erste bank isto kod mene Erste-Sparkasse bank ponavljam da li su sada mjenjali da se može master card povezati sa pp account ne znam sve treba provjeriti,ali uvijek je samo visa card mogla

Vece,drugari.Nakon nekoliko dana cimanja i dopisivanja sa PP,gde su stvarno bili maksimalno ljubazni i profesionalni,uz sva moguca dokumenta cije su kopije trazili(kartica banke slikana sa obe strane,licna karta,pasos i vozacka) shvatili su da ne mogu da mi pomognu...ovo je njihov odgovor:

Nista drugo,no po novu karticu.Nisam bas puno pomogla onom ko nije siguran da li moze samo Visa ili ne,ali za svaki slucaj,da biste preskocili ovakva cimanja i gubljenje vremena,uzmite Visa karticu odmah.Srecno. :) :) :)

Joj, izvini molim te, davno je bilo i smetnula sam s uma.
Koliko se secam, a molim i kolege da potvrde, to jeste standardna procedura bila i svi smo, zbog toga, odokativno uplacivali po $5 ili 5 evra, da bi PP mogao da povuce i proveri karticu. Taj novac ce ti PP vratiti, ili na karticu ili ce ti ostati na tvom PP nalogu.
Ne ocekuj od banke da za to da svoj novac, bez obzira sto je samo $1.00 USD. Da ne komintarisem banke ... napisacu esej. :D

Probaj ovo, nama je svima proslo bez problema kada smo uplacivali po 5, bilo koje valute, $ ili EUR, za svaki slucaj ako bude neka posrednicka banka ili tvoja banka 'domisli' da treba i oni nesto u tom slucaju da uzmu.

Izvini jos jednom, zaboravimo dosta stvari koji je redosled i sta te sve ceka 'iza ugla', kada prodje dosta vremena. :(

kod mene se to desilo jednom prije više od pola godine,trajalo dan,dva nakon toga sve ok,moguće da su neki tehnički problemi kod skrilla
