Which of the following options for making withdrawals from Payza in Pakistan is more economical in terms of fees charged by both Payza or/and SCB:

1): Payza Prepaid Card
2): SCB Visa Debit Card

???

I mean which option will give me better PKR value per USD after deduction of all kind of charges/fees from Payza and/or SCB???
