Please note that, as of April 14th, 2015, we stopped issuing payments for Quiz Mode. This means that the first task of jobs with test questions (accuracy) will not be paid. If you completed one task in a job that tracks your accuracy, it was a Quiz Mode task for which you will not receive payment since we now only pay for Work Mode tasks. If you completed more than one task in an accuracy job or worked on a job that does not have accuracy or test questions, please read on to see how to report your payment issue to us.


In order to look into your payment issue on your behalf, we need to know the number of tasks you completed and how many many payments you received. To help you obtain this information, please visit your Job History page at:

You will need to compare what you found in your Job History with what appears on the payment ledger found on the website where you completed the jobs.


In your response to us, please include your Contributor ID, the Job ID, the number of tasks completed and how many payments you received.


Example:


Contributor ID 11223344

Job ID 123456, completed 5 tasks, paid 3 tasks

Job ID 789123, completed 4 tasks, paid 1 task

Just few days b4 I joined this site but please explain how to do complete "task"as job title is given "help us name of author" I don't know how to do?please explain.
