I have that happen if the RF window ends up opening in the same page as the task page

how did you correct it..you are right RF window opens in the same page on clicking "open a new window" ..so i selected open a new tab and did the task. how did you correct it??

I grabbed a hit of 17 steps from the tinderbox but reported on the 9th step.

@Remu while doing your HIT, your CS "work mode page" is auto refreshing. Happened to me. Every refresh, you need to click the link of the HIT again. So once you get a "work mode" stop the refresher, click the link, and it will be fine.

Or like my case, your HIT opens on the same tab. According to people, it's because of ARP. ctrl + click or right click + open in new tab helps. and stop refreshing the "work page" because it resets the link too saying you haven't click it yet.
Reclick the link if it happens.

This should not happen, My ARP automatically stops when work mode is active and is there
is an assignment link.

You can set keyword to stop on give or instructions.

If you are using a standard interval refresher then yes the page will keep refreshing.

So far did many 11 and 21 step T-BOX.

I started getting this issue after I installed ARP.

This is what I do 'When I get a work mode CF page I deactivate my ARP and refresh the work mode page. Then I click on the link to open the RF terminal. It opens in a new window automatically as usual. I activate the ARP again after that. I don't get that 'It appears that.......' msg if I follow this and can submit the CF window properly.

However I would like to know if there's a better solution to this!

Yes I don't set a keyword on my job id page when refreshing. (standard ARP)
Just on the Ooops page. (page monitor, keyword "URL")

Coz everytime I set keywords on for the job id (let's say "test), the next time I use ARP on that page, It reads the keyword "test" and alarms even if I get a "You have done the maximum..." For the first time I use a link on new tab with new job ID, it's working fine. But the next time, or I use a link of the old job ID I was refreshing and change it to new ID, it doesn't work on me. It alarms every time.

Strange I don't have any issues with ARP

I use "Test a web application" for keyword for the task list
and I use "step" keyword for an oops
I use "give" for keyword in the JOB ID page
you can use work, instructions, etc.
Whenever the ARP finds the keyword it will stop !

If I had time I would probably mod the extension to automatically stop refreshing when it finds "too many concurrent tester" or "we have reached" thing and notify you.
Someone who is more familiar with JS can do this. (for personal use of course)

Fiduciary benchmark ? lol don't hold your breath this abusive test author has poor instructions and never fixes any bugs on his site.
I never once in 1 year completed all those steps to the end, you will likely report early on.

no, it's Gcast, I'm on step 9 right now, still a long way to go

I stopped on the 14th step, the asked to change the number 1 into 4 in the dropdown next to a question but only one and 2 numbers were listed

thanks all for helping the issue ..but i tried the following methods:-
1)My ARP stops the when the CF page comes so i refreshed it again and tried clicking "Open a new window" but instead of opening on a new tab its redirecting the same page.

Also in my ARP extension i get error message like this..maybe the javascript error. Anyone getting the same type of error?
