You mean SKILL tests, yes I was member of that skilled crowd I would get invites to special tasks.
Many which I turned down. I remember one was paid $7.77/unit. BUT it said that it will ban you permanently on even 1 mistake.........lol.

There is no more special club, they removed the skill tests and replaced everything with
3 badges.

I don't know if you're referring to what I mean..but it is still active (I can confirm this ). Not on a daily basis, but there's little activity now, maybe a month or two when you get those Tasks..

And it is related to Test Questions.

There is actually a sneaky trick to get the site to work, obviously won't reveal it here not to encourage yes workers, but I think yes workers will use the trick - So be it, but I'm reporting this as blank page.

YES the test author will read your note and they see your screenshot, they also know you
visit the web site and entered the proper URL, they know how long you took, etc.
No worries, if you did it properly you are ok.

They will also see and catch yes workers on this one (won't mention specifics.)

But the smart CIA type will know what I mean.

So yes test authors DO read notes and see everything.
