Mine had neither reset nor undo
They asked me to drag 1 fraction into the first box, which I did, then click undo.
There used to be an undo button, there is no more now.

I'm not sure, but I think those are training hits too, I did lots of those before,
never had to report bugs in them before.

I don't think RF is doing anything about yes workers.

And yes workers too probably :D

It's wrong for them to accept new testers like that they should pre-approve all new testers,
by making them go through rigorous testing, not just the puny little first time training hit,
but extensive testing, and only quality workers allowed to continue. I'm sure out of the 46k workers they have they could trim the fat and eliminate a good quantity that are not dong work properly.

I remember reading on turk forums many times people angry over their rejections because other workers pass everything and click yes. It's a problem that is serious. The 2 founders of RF claim it is too hard to fix, and so they removed rejections and now it's up to test author to ban testers, but there again, assuming the test authors really bother looking at every screenshot, and I don't think they do.......

I think a lot of newcomers to this task are abusing and cheating and don't understand the seriousness of the task, they are in it for money and greed, just hit yes and pass everything as long as they get paid attitude, (and the same goes for other CF tasks,

I agree with darkstar.. Reading forum posts here I'm noticing a trend. People (the newbies) are copying IDs pasted here, and I'm also seeing a whole mass influx of them waiting to dive in (but still unsure of the logistics on how to attain these tasks). Those that've figured this out are totally abusing the system, reporting yes blindly.

I really think firstly, RF needs to tell all newbies the definition of QA. This is NOT a joke! You're testing a website; that will help the company serve their clients better. And it matters a lot to them (yes, we know many websites we did are not bothered) but still, we need to respect the responsibility granted upon us.

I'm seeing some new people also post (no, not all of them are bad, so don't take offence) on this forums out of the blue, and many others, ofcourse, are silently exploiting by being underground.

I cringe whenever I see a bug. I never do "yes" even if that means a rejection. But honestly doesn't seem to be the common denominator in case of this.

I won't say that all newbies just click yes through the tasks. At least I don't and I think many others won't as well as they want to stay longer with RF. I so far had one bug, just today. All other bugs ressolved when I waited some minutes and reloaded.

Obviously not ALL newbies do that, but logically, who are the people are most likely to cheat and abuse......... newbies or old timers who worked hard to build their account ? There is also newcomers who don't completely understand the task and might do something wrong inadvertently, which is why an extensive training is
a must, and upon approval they get approved and continue with the real tests.

MIXBOOK select any photobook and click duplicate (make sure page not blank).
but no matter what photobook you choose all pages are blank, they only have placeholders
to add picture.

Another abandon. 2 abandons, I have to wait 2 hours for another hit, no problem
I don't know how people went through the mixbook the ones I got no matter what
template I chose, all I see are "add photo here" placeholders on pages. And the
step instructions specifically say make sure the page is not blank. How the bloody F!
can a page not be blank when you are choosing a TEMPLATE, they all are !
So no bug reports from me EVER for this author, if they want to ban me, they can go ahead
I am no longer filing bug reports to abusive test authors.

I think the people most likely to cheat are "professional" cheaters who use several accounts and as I said several pages ago perhaps even botting software to solve some tasks (especially training tasks). When they lose one account, they just get a new one. But you're right, that if you're new here you tend to make errors, so I appreciate it that the community here answers a lot of questions (I asked).

Couldn't have been better proved mate

We all started as newbies, and obviously not ALL are bad, but some are, and some clearly openly brag of the bad things they do - I guess we have the most amazing evidence  luckily there are lot of good newbies too,
many of which post here and they want to learn and do the job well :D

Once RF introduces regression testing and exploratory tests, there won't be anymore room for yes workers.
They will require only the finest of testers to work on these hits.

Looking forward to this.

This is in their road map, I hope to see these tests this year.

Take notes, look for patterns, take more notes. The more you do RF hits the more you take
notes the more you will start to see patterns (best time to hunt for hits, etc.) then when
they change schedules you adapt and modify your notes.

RF seems to keep pace with a recurrent pattern, that they sometimes change, but easy
to figure out.

also sometimes you will see a new JOB ID pop up with 0 units, this could mean most of the
time that the JOB ID will be filled with assignments shortly.

Observers who look for patterns have a better chance than just checking the task list
randomly.

:D

You can also monitor the requester on turk (no not the alert, but directly through a special link,
when the jobs get posted there, very likely they will appear minutes later on CF, though not
perfect science.
