Yes if you close that old Oops, then you won't get that message. The rule is that you can't keep more than 2 (or 3 I guess) assignments "open" in your browser simultaneously

I had that one. Lines ARE blank, but you had a little black square with the name and email u entered at the beginning. Just under the flash image, left corner. Very unusual place, and very small letters. Absurd form, too. I noticed it just because it was so slow and had to wait a bit for image to load.

Then I had another one. 3 steps only. But could not finish it in time since it was impossible to load.

After reading your posts I’m completely confused. What should I do next time if similar thing happen? They asked “yes” or “no”, with no additional “… and does it look ok?”. Thank you

Yes, we can do two maximum of two hits at the same time. Let's say, if u got a back up oops from earlier this day and an active job id came in, you can do both at the same time. That's allowed.

Maybe because you have your two oops opened and an active ID came in and you tried to click the link. That's when you get the message "only maximum of two hit window can be used."

I have one more doubt - Do everybody of you get RF Updates in your e-mail inbox?
As we know, after submitting a "Hit", there's an option to enter your e-mail so they can send you updates and so on.

I must have entered my e-mail many many times, but still I haven't gotten any e-mail so far...This is because, some members 2 weeks back told they received an e-mail about how RF is going to dole out a new plugin to alert us when there are new Tasks (hits) available.

I haven't receive any. I entered my email every time.

I get them sent to my email, it's always about outages, nothing else. Don't think that you have to enter your email every time though?
