I don't want to prolong this, but I think he was casual about it because it's the norm - for him at least and maybe/probably many others. We had a new members come in here and ask about something. That person was using Gran Theft Auto (love it) and had NO idea that it was wrong. Someone got that person to join complete with where to make the most money and HOW. We're only seeing the tip of the iceberg here. Think how many people read here or share advice and never post.
For right now it's very possible that GTA is the norm and we are abnormal (Darkstar don't yell at me
)
If this post offends anyone, I'll delete it
lol - that and YES / passing - I remember from a very old topic someone was allegedly caught YESing and such. It's sad to see some people's greed take over and abuse, they don't think of the implication it can have - it's good to support one another as a community and help each other, everyone is here to make money, but when it comes to a point where the few go too far and puts the job at risk for everyone that's not good. and I notice a trend, it's the new ones that are more likely to do stuff like that (yes, abuse, exploit, etc.) because old timers have already worked hard for their account and would not do something to risk it. SAD - but there are forums entirely dedicated to cheating CF and tasks, CS is only a tiny drop in the ocean. I remember even reading a post on EMS years ago about a GPT admin who even bragged that he knew his users were cheating tasks but he looked the other way because he said he was paid and that CF does not charge back.
So you're right, it seems that the honesty and integrity is abnormal nowadays and the rest is norm. and sadly one day when this task disappears or when big changes are made the same people will be the first to complain.
So let's continue to be abnormal

(that might not be a bad thing

) and do things right and guide the new comers in the right direction.
Sadly RF/CF have other priorities and they are not doing the necessary to catch this, I think they mostly rely on honest communities to keep a watch. Sort of like the neighbourhood watch program
The best thing to do, if people don't want to be called out is don't go bragging on a public forum that you are doing stuff that is illegal, but when people go exposing themselves they should expect criticism from that, most of us here work hard and honestly. cookin2 has a good point, this is the tip of the iceberg, there are many who do not post, they won't be called out, and they are smart to keep to themselves, but one day and that day will come soon I feel, they will realise that their actions had consequences and everyone pays. RF is very happy with mTurk, despite the hike in fees they don't plan on leaving turk anytime soon (word directly from the requester), the GTA and abuse comes mostly from CF, because you cannot do that on mTurk, returned assignments affect your account, not on CF......so they could very well decide to drop CF - if this continues.
Unfortunately cheating and scamming is rampant, go read forums like EMS you will see the amazing amount of USERS cheating one another and site owners......Thank goodness there are places to expose such people. ClixSense and Neobux are 2 very popular channels for CF and probably where a lot of the RF hits get done (I've seen the graphs on CF)
