The job ID's are very hard to see on your list that's why we share them here .. you don't need to see them on your own list just copy the ID and start to refreshing..but try to be quick ..the second you see them posted here hurry up and start refreshing...if you are late then there is not much to do ..

you can find other posts here regarding to your problem .. many have the same porblem..

is it still one hour before HIT expires? Terminal so slow, what i was doing was a 5 stepper github, i refreshed HIT on 3rd step coz it freezes, then it showed me "this assignment has already been completed." I swear it's still not 1 hour.

it is still one hour but you can't refresh the hit 3 times ..I guess that's what happened to you

Happened to me too twice - I think it has something to do with their server being buggy. It is still one hour when everything works as it should.

There used to be a button like this in the center of the main picture but I'm not sure if they didn't change it.

Even i got a 6 step github...because of slow terminal i have to refresh 3 times..but end could do it..did not get as "assignment completed"..

Yes..but before 1-2 times i have got like that after 15 mins..the page refreshes and say assignment completed, that was for plangrid

You can schedule a call with cloudflower and have them look at your account. I have had problem accessing tasks I finally gave in and have an appointment schedules for next week. In my case, I had no access to anything last yr for 3 months and this year my task list got cut in 1/2 last week. It is back now but I want them to look at it because I am still have problems with access. Even when it is raining hard and I am right there I got 1 or 2. No ID lets me have more than 4 total.

It may take a week or 2 but they don't respond any other way so you can't do much else

Hi there welcome back, we missed you :D

I've had the same issue for years of having very low limits on tasks, I could do only 1 or 2 units when others were doing 200-300, and been after CF with no answers, even at the highest level I could go. They fixed / removed some internal stuff but the low limit always remained.

I hope you get better luck and everything is restored, maybe in worst case you could ask them to
delete your account completely or authorise you to create a new account and start from scratch
or transfer your badges and % there. Just tell'em how much you love them and working their tasks
