1- Yes, but it is Thursday morning here.
2,3- Log in to your Paypal account->Go to 'Profile"->Add your bank account(provide IFSC code correctly) and PAN card number on your Paypal account.
You can withdraw your money or Paypal will send your money automatically to your Bank Ac.

Add and confirm your bank account on Paypal before making a cashout.
