please tel me anyone sometime i see this massage when i open CF although i did not complete any tasks at that time .

Don't take too much time to complete one task.
Use Chrome and download "Easy Auto refresh" from the Chrome Web Store.Use 2-3 Seconds refresh time.It would work out for some of the tasks. Don't close the CF at all.
